The Law Offices Heinonen & Co and Juridia have merged as of April 1, 2008
We are proud to announce that Heinonen & Co have merged with the well known Finnish Law Office Juridia as of April 1, 2008.
After
the merger all legal consultancy activities will be continued under the
Juridia brand and Heinonen & Co will continue its activities as a
trademark, design and domain name agent as a separate subsidiary under
the name Heinonen & Co. It will remain as a member firm of the
Finnish Association of Patent Attorneys.
All activities will be
centralized in the premises of Juridia, at Fabianinkatu 29 B, 00100
HELSINKI. From April 1, 2008 our new telephone number will be +358 10
6841 800.
Business will carry on uninterrupted and we shall
continue to serve our clients with the well known high standard of
quality, according to our slogan ”Focused, Personal, Professional”.
The
combined forces of Heinonen & Co and Juridia will further enhance
our capabilities and resources in the field of Intellectual property
and business law. The additional resources will enable us to assist our
clients in all areas of business law and attend even the most
challenging legal appointments, such as mergers and acquisitions. The
merger forms one of the leading law firms in Finland.
