A new service to improve trade mark administration

We have developed a unique new instrument to help our clients administer their trade mark and domain name portfolios. Heinonen OnLine provides a continuous Internet-based link to the client's trade mark and domain name database.

There is no need for the client to maintain its own register, and Heinonen OnLine can also supplement any internal trade mark and domain name register maintained by the client.

Details stored by the service

Each client database includes all of the trade marks, domain names and designs that we administer for that client.

The service provides details of individual registrations as well as different trade mark lists.

Only up-to-date information is significant

The Heinonen OnLine client database is updated every week, or more frequently if the client so requests.

Trouble-free, swift and secure access to information

Using the database is as easy as surfing the web. The details of each client are held in secure folders requiring a user name and password for access.
