Tuukka Airaksinen is specialised in assignments related to all intellectual property rights, in the protection of industrial property rights, and in litigation and disputes concerning intellectual property rights.
Tuukka represents Finnish and foreign companies both in Finland and internationally. He is the only Finnish lawyer in the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center which settles domain name disputes. Tuukka has also worked as an examiner in the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
