Our IPR team has assisted the global finance company from the patent perspective in relation to rearrangement of financing with a junior term loan debt with maximum commitment being over 100 MEUR. We advised on strategy of existing and future patent pledges, reviewing the status of registered pledges as well as commenting the agreement in relation to significant IPR transfer.
